provide 2nd level support (incident management, problem management , change management) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs,
provide 3rd level support of SAP applications, ensuring their smooth operation (special project, migration of systems (FCI), SPSEHP upgrade, S4 Hana transformation, Hana specialization)
Perform updates, version changes, system copies
Learn about new cloudbased technologies (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud), support their implementation, troubleshoot potential problems, organize migrations
resolve errors, advise and support the use of the application
experience in SAP Basis administration
Fluent English (B2+)
Knowledge of Linux systems, confident use of CLI
Experience in different databases (Oracle, HANA, possibly Sybase IQ ASE)
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
