          • Provide user assistance in one or more technical areas by providing specific answers
          • Perform, if necessary, an escalation to the appropriate competence team
          • Connect remotely (by phone, email, etc.) and occasionally with the user
          • Participate in the development of team skills
          • Receive requests
          • Qualify the request according to the terminology
          • Process the request according to the procedures
          • Provide answers adapted to the request and the needs of the user
          • Follow up on files
          • Participate in the ongoing training of the team
          • Participate in the optimization of the service by being a force of proposal in the organization, on procedures and processes
            • Qualifications

              What about you?

              • Spoken languages: fluent French and English (B2C1);
              • Technical expertise in office environments and processes knowledge background;
              • Advanced incident analysis in communication with the enduser (no script creation);
              • Admin Office 365, Sharepoint, One drive, Outlook, access rights management (no Power Platform). Same rights as N3 in the console. OIM (One Identity Manager) console. Rights in AD, Azure AD;
              • Provide task completion with online user (software installation, sharefolder, shared mailbox);
              • Excellent customer service abilities: client orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills;
              • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask;
              • Availability to work in day shifts.
