What You’ll Do:

As our Brand Partner you’ll be responsible for driving new business and closing deals across our portfolio of media, events, and research products. You’ll be a frontline ambassador for the brand, including; opening doors, pitching creative solutions, and building longterm partnerships with some of the most influential names in crypto, finance, and beyond.

Each day will look a little different, but in general, you will:

  • Drive New Business: You’ll own the full sales cycle including everything from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing. You’ll take a proactive, strategic approach to building your pipeline and uncovering new opportunities across the ecosystem.

  • Create Custom Solutions: You’ll develop proposals that span podcasts, newsletters, events, and research. No two deals look the same, so sales dexterity and creativity are essential. You’ll work to understand partner goals and craft solutions that genuinely move the needle.

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: You’ll work directly with founders, CMOs, and senior decisionmakers at some of the most influential brands in crypto and finance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor who listens well, earns credibility quickly, and builds real, longterm partnerships.

  • Represent Blockworks IRL: You’ll attend highpriority industry events (including our own), meet with clients in person, and host meaningful conversations that deepen relationships and drive new business.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: You’ll keep a constant pulse on what’s happening inside crypto. From emerging narratives to trending projects, you’ll use that knowledge to shape your outreach, conversations, and deal strategy.

  • Operate with Discipline and Drive: You’ll approach your day with purpose, discipline, and urgency, always looking for ways to improve and close more deals. This is a highautonomy, highimpact role for someone who loves ownership and thrives in a fastmoving environment.

    • Experimentation is frequent at Blockworks. Comfortability with being uncomfortable is a must.

      What You’ve Done Before:

      You’ve spent at least three years in a closing sales role, ideally in crypto, media, SaaS, or emerging tech, and you’ve consistently outperformed your goals. You’ve sold sixfigure enterprise deals, presented to executive teams, and know how to manage a deal from first touch to final signature and beyond. You’ve owned the full deal cycle, from first outreach to final signature and renewal, and have managed your own book of business with care, creativity, and accountability. You’ve earned the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike, who would vouch for your work ethic, professionalism, and integrity without hesitation. You know how to read the room, earn trust quickly, and build lasting relationships with technical and financial decisionmakers.

      It’d Be Great If You:

      You’ve closed deals with financial institutions, tier1 crypto protocols, or Fortune 500 brands and know how to navigate complex, highstakes partnerships. You’re someone who’s already leveraging AI to work smarter and move faster, and you may have stepped into leadership moments, whether by mentoring other sellers, leading by example, or helping shape team culture.

      Salary, Benefits, & How We Work:

      This is a full time exempt position with an expected ontarget earnings of $180,000year ($90,000 base, $90,000 variable).
