As an AI Engineering Intern, you will explore cuttingedge AI techniques to support the development of intelligent features within our products. You’ll contribute to agentic AI systems, multiagent orchestration frameworks, LLMpowered workflows, and model finetuning projects. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced research and engineering skills to realworld product challenges, while working alongside experienced engineers and product teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to define use cases for LLMs and multiagent orchestration.
Research and prototype agentic AI approaches for reasoning, planning, and decisionmaking in userfacing tax workflows.
Finetune foundation models (LLMs and domainspecific ML models) for personalized tax assistance.
Develop and evaluate multiagent architectures for handling complex tasks across Taxfix products.
Apply data science methods to analyze structured and unstructured taxrelated data, driving model improvements.
Experiment with emerging frameworks for autonomous AI agents and evaluate their performance in productionlike scenarios.
Contribute to internal documentation, demos, and knowledgesharing sessions to spread AI innovation across the company.
Completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Solid foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).
Hands on experience with agentic AI concepts, multiagent orchestration, and autonomous systems.
Handson experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
Strong understanding of data science workflows, from preprocessing to model evaluation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.
Enthusiasm for solving realworld problems with AI, especially in areas that simplify people’s financial lives.
Experience in finetuning LLMs for domainspecific tasks.
Hands on experience with AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar multiagent orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of MLOps principles (deployment, monitoring, and scaling AI models).
Exposure to reinforcement learning or AI planning methods.
