Job description

At Stitch, we’re building something extraordinary. As a fastgrowing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers’ lives easier with Braze.

Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. Were motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work.

We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbitlevel certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze.

About This Role

As a FrontEnd Developer at Stitch, you’ll work with our client to design and implement customerfacing experiences that unify branding across channels, enhance loyalty and personalization capabilities, and streamline digital selfservice tools. You’ll be fully integrated into client teams, owning your own workstreams while also participating in peer reviews to raise the bar for quality across multiple developers.

While Stitch’s business centers around helping marketers succeed with Braze, we aim to be a strategic partner for anything that impacts the marketing technology stack, and that’s where this role comes in. You’ll help clients implement frontend solutions that make their customer engagement strategies seamless, consistent, and futureready.

This is a consulting role, so expect to be clientfacing, contributing to conversations, shaping solutions, and bringing clarity to complex problems, all while delivering highquality code.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, customize, and maintain scalable frontend solutions within WordPress
  • Implement modern best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and crossbrowser compatibility.
  • Own development workstreams endtoend, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and peer reviews.
  • Be comfortable pushing code to production in agile environments.
  • Take on three main frontend workstreams for our clients:
    • Forgot to Scan: Build selfservice tools that improve customer experiences and reduce operational friction.

      • Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across teams.
      • Work within client workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) in a KANBANstyle setup.
      • Partner with client stakeholders and other Stitch consultants to align development with business goals and brand guidelines.
        • What Does Success Look Like In This Role?

This means that you are confident meeting with our clients and bringing a strong point of view to them around best practices and creative solutions. You approach your clients’ needs with curiosity and ask questions to develop a deeper understanding of how Stitch can best serve them.
          • You own your workstreams endtoend while elevating the work of other developers through thoughtful peer reviews.
