Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates for bench positions.
  • Market available bench candidates to internal and external clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients for ongoing opportunities.
  • Independently manage your time and priorities to meet placement goals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and strong candidate satisfaction.
    • What We’re Looking For:

      • Proven experience in bench recruitment, specifically with Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates.
      • Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and IT hiring trends.
      • Selfmotivated individuals comfortable working freelance and managing their own schedules.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to generate results independently with minimal supervision.
