Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney – Make a Global Impact from Anywhere

Our dynamic and missiondriven immigration law client is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to join the team. This is a fulltime, fully remote role, ideally suited to attorneys who thrive in a globally connected environment and are eager to make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do
As a core member of our clientfocused legal team, you will:

Conduct thoughtful, strategic legal consultations with prospective clients on a variety of immigration matters, including:

Familybased immigration
Employmentbased petitions
Humanitarian relief (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum)

Offer clear legal guidance and assess eligibility for immigration benefits
Help ensure a warm, supportive onboarding experience for new clients
Provide limited casework support and contribute to client retention and firm growth through excellent communication and care

Requirements:

Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted in any U.S. state)
1+ year of handson immigration law experience, including client consultations
Strong working knowledge of USCIS procedures, humanitarian relief options, and immigration legal strategy
A skilled communicator with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
A selfmotivated team player who can excel in a fully virtual, collaborative environment
Experience in client development or retention is a plus
