Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney – Make a Global Impact from Anywhere


Are you a U.S.licensed attorney with a passion for immigration law and a desire to help people through lifechanging legal processes—all from the comfort of your home, wherever that may be?



Our dynamic and missiondriven immigration law client is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to join the team. This is a fulltime, fully remote role, ideally suited to attorneys who thrive in a globally connected environment and are eager to make a meaningful difference every day.


What You’ll Do

As a core member of our clientfocused legal team, you will:

  • Conduct thoughtful, strategic legal consultations with prospective clients on a variety of immigration matters, including:
    • Familybased immigration
    • Employmentbased petitions
    • Humanitarian relief (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum)
      • Offer clear legal guidance and assess eligibility for immigration benefits
      • Help ensure a warm, supportive onboarding experience for new clients
      • Provide limited casework support and contribute to client retention and firm growth through excellent communication and care

        • Requirements:


          • Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted in any U.S. state)
          • 1+ year of handson immigration law experience, including client consultations
          • Strong working knowledge of USCIS procedures, humanitarian relief options, and immigration legal strategy
          • A skilled communicator with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
          • A selfmotivated team player who can excel in a fully virtual, collaborative environment
          • Experience in client development or retention is a plus
