Position Summary:

Responsible for performing quality assurance processes to all email automation programs, ensuring that all email campaigns, templates, and user flows are up to the highest standard from building, testing, to implementation.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

Testing of email automation programs, ensuring that the user flow journey is followed based on user experience expectation.
Assessing the outputs of Email Marketing Specialists from email copies, email templates, generated landing pages, to email automation programs, and making necessary corrections before campaign launch.
Ensuring that email content generated by AI for campaign promotion exhibits grammatical soundness and accuracy in the presentation of clients’ products and services.
Ascertaining newsletter copies shows relevance and achieves the set engagement metric for a healthy user flow, abiding by the set email marketing guidelines and best practices.
Crafting consent copies for email marketing compliance purposes, targeting various industries, such as IT, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance, etc.
Conducting monthly coaching sessions for Email Marketing Specialists to discuss further improvements and enhancements.
Providing reports for the results of campaign promotions weekly and monthly, analyzing and modifying areas that need improvement in the campaign and lead delivery for further efficacy in lead fulfillment.
Reviewing and updating email automation guidelines, making sure processes are in line with the changing industry trends.
Working closely with the Email Marketing Specialists and Senior Manager in monitoring lead fulfillment and production process and success.

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:

4+ years’ experience in email marketing promotion
4+ years’ experience in email content generation
2+ years’ experience in email automation
Knowledge of email marketing, metrics, and terminology
Knowledge of email automation, user journey and automation process flows
Knowledge of QA processes, automation testing and setting of KPIs
Knowledge in AI content generation and content assessment
Minimal to vast knowledge of different industries and subject matters
Flexible in adjusting to rapid growth and changing priorities
Team player and service-oriented
Able to work with minimal supervision
Culture awareness and respect
Goal setting and tracking for self and team members
Ability to execute and drive results
