Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients through the company setup process, including company registration, licensing, legal documentation, and PRO services.
Conduct thorough research on clients business objectives, industry regulations, and ADGM guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the company formation process.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal, finance, and operations teams, to gather and prepare the required documents for company formation.
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable legal structure and business activities based on their specific needs and objectives.
Performing client due diligence, conducting ongoing due diligence and monitoring in line with customer’s risk profiles.
Assistance in implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary applications, forms, and supporting documents to the relevant authorities within the ADGM.
Liaise with ADGM and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients to obtain necessary approvals and applications.
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements throughout the company setup and PRO services.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the ADGM regulatory framework and any changes or updates that may impact the company setup process.
Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on the progress of their company formation, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of streamlined processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency of the company setup procedures.
