We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Director for Content Partnership to lead our content partnership efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating and executing content partnership strategies, developing gotomarket (GTM) plans, and driving market growth. This role will require strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the content partnership landscape to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content partnership strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to expand our content offerings.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on partnership goals and priorities.
Create and implement GTM plans to promote new content offerings and drive engagement with partners and customers.
Monitor and analyze content partnership performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Develop and manage relationships with key partners to ensure longterm success and mutual benefit.
Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and planning.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in content partnership or business development roles.
Strong understanding of content partnership landscape and industry trends.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new partnership opportunities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience developing and implementing GTM plans.
Analytical mindset with experience analyzing partnership performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with teams at all levels of the organization.
