Assist Business Analysts in PDD documentation of asis business processes and defining workflow

Responsible for development of robust endtoend automation based on business requirements.

Responsible for the deployment of BP projects from Dev to Production environment via creation, exporting and importing of package ﬁles.

Resolving priority tickets for the bot’s failed and provide production support as per defined SLA to ensure continuity of business operations.

Able to handle multiple process.

Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

Able to work in shifts.

Performing administrativeSupportive jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc.
