Job description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

23 years Australian Civil or Structures experience
Must have experience using Bluebeam
Experience using Microsoft suite

Nice to Have:
Experience using Expert Estimator or similar Estimating software.
What will you do?

Review complete tender documents provided
Quantity takeoff and prepare bill of quantities as required
Request for quotation from suppliers and subcontractors and provide detailed scopes to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate quotes are provided
Identify all known or assumed risks and opportunities including but not limited to risks associated with scope, documentation, specification, safety, program, quality, environmental, material conformance, community, and stakeholders.
Prepare and develop accurate construction methodologies.
Complete accurate drainage takeoff sheet.
Completion of the estimator worksheets.
Complete vetting of tenders quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare, attend, and present at tender interviews.
Respond to post tender clarifications as required.
