We’d like to meet and network with highly skilled and experienced Change Management Consultants with a proven track record in consulting environments. The ideal applicant will possess a unique blend of strategic change management expertise, deep technical acumen in SaaS platforms, exceptional clientfacing skills, and robust project management capabilities. This role is crucial in guiding our clients through complex transformations, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes, and delivering measurable business value.

Consultant Expectations

  • Lead and Execute Change Management Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans (including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management) for clients undergoing SaaS implementations or significant business transformations.
  • SaaS Platform Specialization & Technical Acumen: Leverage indepth knowledge and handson experience with specific SaaS platforms (e.g., Atlassian, Apptio, Planview, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) or functional areas (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, supply chain) to design effective change solutions. Possess a strong technical understanding of software, cloud infrastructure, data integration, and potentially coding or scripting, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business impact.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively understanding their unique needs, challenges, and organizational culture. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terms, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client buyin and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Drive the successful delivery of change management workstreams within larger consulting engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving SaaS landscape, including new platform features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and relevant SaaS certifications to enhance expertise and contribute to our firms intellectual capital.
  • Business Development Support (as applicable): Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new opportunities within existing client relationships and supporting the articulation of our change management value proposition in proposals and presentations.
    • What We Look For

      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role, with a significant portion of that experience gained within a consulting firm.
      • Demonstrated expertise and practical application of at least one recognized change management framework, such as:
        • ADKAR (Prosci)
        • Kotters 8Step Process for Leading Change
        • Lewins Change Management Model
        • The McKinsey 7S Framework
        • Bridges Transition Model
          • Certifications:
            • Change Management: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, APMG International Change Management Practitioner, or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
            • Project Management: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
            • SaaS Platforms: Certifications in platforms like, Atlassian, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle.
              • Demonstrated specialization and strong technical acumen in at least one major SaaS platform or a specific functional area.
              • Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts related to software, cloud infrastructure, and data integration.
              • Exceptional clientfacing skills, including active listening, influential communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
              • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
              • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
              • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
