Captions Writer (WFH)

We’re seeking a Caption Lead to spearhead our captioning team in a highvolume, creative environment. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms, ensuring that every caption not only sounds authentic but drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write HighConverting Captions

• Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content.

• Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model

• Optimize language to drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty

2. Develop Model Voice Profiles

• Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model

• Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency

3. Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows

• Build and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling

• Collaborate with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards

• Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale

4. Content Calendar & Coordination

• Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions

• Anticipate hightraffic content periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) and prepare ahead.

5. Stay TrendSavvy & PerformanceDriven

• Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language

• Keep captions fresh, timely, and platformrelevant

• Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance

Requirements

o Must have at least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creatorbased platforms.

o Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

o Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.

o Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp

o Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy

• Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries

o Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing

o Previous exposure to adultthemed content (in a professional or agency setting)

o Experience in remote team leadership and fastpaced content production cycles
