Job description

We are looking for a National Head Business Development for a Fintech Platform. This is a new initiative by a top NBFC successfully operating since 2011.

Job Profile:
Drive partnerships business with financial services, affiliates, lead aggregators and fintech marketplace partners across unsecured & secured products.
Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners.
Bring partners on board Due Diligence Review end to end business model off Partner Evaluate feasibility Decide on Partnerships
Ensure policy alignment with Partners and set up Process along with Service ops team
Work with legal team to close contracts and Work with tech product to go live
GTM and scale up
Constantly engage and evaluate partners performance
Tweak policy scorecards wherever required
Use learnings to constantly evolve products business models

Requirements:
510 years of BusinessPartnership Development experience with a FintechNBFC.
Must have 01 or 110 team scaling experience
Must have knowledge on updated Digital Lending Guidelines and how are they implemented
Must have experience with GTM for a new product or Market, Building Processes, building partnership Playbook
