Business Head for a 0 to 1 Stealth Startup

Company Overview:

NetSysCon Consulting is a preseed funded startup in the 0 to 1 phase of launching global cosmetic brands in India.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Business Head will be responsible for identifying, validating, engaging, and launching global cosmetic brands in India. This will involve market discovery, identifying opportunities, talking to brands, validating the brand potential, finding out insights, and bringing it back to the core team. The role will also focus on negotiating terms and onboarding global cosmetic brands to the business portfolio. The Business Head will be responsible for building and designing the GTM strategy and owning the demand generation.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Post Graduate degree from a reputed institute and at least 1015 years of rich retail experience with strong business acumen and global brand engagement experience. The candidate must have strong handson experience with onboarding and launching international cosmetic brands.
