Company Description

10x Value Partners is the think tank and investment firm established by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We focus on value investing across a number of asset classes (technology startups, real estate, private debt and special situations).

Through the cofounder role, we are looking to team up with talented executives to start the next generation of billion dollar companies. We have a shortlist of validated business models for which we are looking for the right teams (productfounder fit). In the last 4 years, we have created 10 companies, 50% of which are on track to reach a valuation >$100 million in the next 612 months.

Job Description

• Taking cofounder level responsibility for building an innovative tech company
• Running the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
• Building, leading and motivating your own energetic and resultsoriented team
• Identifying opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external)

• Qualifications

  • You have the strong desire to found a company, but you want to get support for finding the right idea and getting the company off the ground
  • You have an outstanding degreeMBA from a top university
  • You have gained working experience in a toptier consulting, investment banking or private equity andor as a senior manager in a successful, venturebacked technology startup
  • You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
  • You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goaloriented manner
  • You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • You are team oriented and ambitious
  • You are fluent in English
