The Role

We’re now looking for a smart, handson CRM Marketing Specialist to support our growing Wirex Private product for highvalue users. You’ll be pivotal in designing and executing sophisticated acquisition and retention strategies for our most valued users. With a split focus of 30% acquisition (Wirex Retail and selected external channels) and 70% retention (automation, upscaling, loyalty), the CRM Marketing Specialist will help deliver a worldclass, tailored experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build engaging user journeys across email, push, and inapp using tools like Braze.
      • Own retention strategies that drive user loyalty and engagement.
          • Work with Data, Content, and Product teams to personalise messaging for highvalue users.
              • Monitor performance metrics (activation, retention, LTV) and run experiments to optimise results.
                  • Keep on top of crypto trends and what’s working in HNWI engagement.
                    • What We’re Looking For

                      • 2–4 years’ CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
                          • Working knowledge of tools like Braze
                            or equivalent
                            CRM platforms.
                              • Comfortable using data to segment audiences and test campaigns.
                                  • Handson experience with AB testing, cohort analysis, and CRM performance metrics.
                                      • Interest in fintech or crypto (you don’t need to be a pro but curiosity is key!).
                                          • Strong writing, organisation and collaboration skills.
                                              • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
