As part of our efforts to enhance the Medical Devices division, we are focused on expanding our Sterile Packaging services. Our solutions for the medical technology industry meet the highest quality standards, providing innovative and tailored packaging concepts to help our customers ensure safe and efficient product packaging.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Europe (mfd) who will play a key role in strategically growing our sterile packaging solutions business while closely collaborating with our local Sales teams at our two production sites.

Job Description
  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive developments in the field of sterile packaging.
  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Consulting & Sales: Present our products and solutions, develop customized packaging concepts, and support customer projects from inquiry to implementation.
  • Networking: Attend trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to position our company and identify new business partners.
  • Collaboration with Internal and External Partners:
  • Work closely with the local Business Development Managers at our two production sites to optimize market coverage and customer support.
  • Coordinate with product development, production, and quality assurance teams to efficiently implement customer requirements.
    • Qualifications
      • Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, packaging technology, medical technology, or a related field.
      • Several years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management – ideally in the medical technology, or packaging solutions sector.
      • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for sterile packaging of medical or pharmaceutical products.
      • Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise at all decisionmaking levels.
      • Independent, structured, and goaloriented working style with a high level of selfmotivation.
      • Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple locations.
      • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
      • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
