About the Role
We are looking for a tech savvy Business Analyst who can work with our customers, understand their
dataapplication integration needsproblems and provide solutions using our platform. The person should
be able to learn and master our platform quickly and be able act as a SME promoting our productssolutions.
HeShe should be also customer centric and be the voice of the customer to our internal teams and enhance
our offerings. Should be able to forge a good relation with our customers, earn their trust by demonstrating
ownership and expertise in providing solutions to their problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in application integration and data
Management
Understanding of integration concepts of data transformation, API, Databases, FTP and others
Clearly, document requirements and communicate the design to Customers
Write technical documentation for DBSync Wiki, Blogs, Whitepapers, and Datasheets
Good communication and business problemsolving skills.
Prepare SOW, BRD sFRS docs, and budgets for customer projects
Be a liaison between customer and delivery team
Great attitude with the ability to foster a fun, productive working environment
Keen interest in the startup driven Technology economy
Understanding of Programming concepts (Like Java, Javascript, C#, Salesforce) would be a plus
Understanding of Cloud CRM & ERP like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365CRM, Microsoft
Dynamics GP, NetSuite, and others.
Document and Managing client requirements, communication and project management
Prioritize and track issues for Agile development
Ability to handle multiple projects
Understanding of System Integration, Business Process Integration, and Databases

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Proven Business Analyst of 4 years with strong Customer Experience
Experience utilizing sophisticated modeling tools and techniques.
Experience in Data integration and Data Management
Having experience as a product manager is a plus.
IT background (Knowledge of databases, programming concepts)
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organization
Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, listening, negotiation, Communication and presentation skills
Bachelor s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Excellent time and project management skills.
Always looking out to improve inefficient processes
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
knowledge on CRMs like Salesforce would be a plus.
CRM, ERP, Data warehousing and management to become an advisor to the customer
Handson Experience in Information Systems Management.
