Roles & Responsibilities

  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Java, J2EE, or Spring Boot is required or must be willing to learn.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Manage backup service delivery operations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service quality.
  • Monitor and report on backup service performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in backup processes.

Job description

  1. Mulesoft Version 3 is a must (Candidates who have it will have 56+ years exp in Mulesoft)
  2. ITIL certification preferred
  3. The resource must have knowledge of JAVAJ2EESpringboot or at least must be comfortable learning and using it in the job
  4. SQLOracle database knowledge preferred
