Experience in managing employee life cycle activities such as HR benefits, rewards, and compensation administration.
Proficiency with HR systems like Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
Strong skills in data management using Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Good communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
