Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Behave BDD, and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
  • Experience with SQL/NOSQL databases, cloud device services, and automated API testing.

Requirements:

  • Design and develop test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Perform performance, load, and security testing using various tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for automation projects and determine appropriate tools and strategies.

Job description

Required Skills:

 8+ years of proven experience as an Principal Test Automation EngineerSr.
Automation Engineer.
 Demonstrated experience in creating various Test Automation frameworks.
 Expertise across test automation frameworktool such as Selenium, Behave BDD
and Python
 Experience in LoadrunnerJMeter or any PerformanceLoad Testing Tool.
 Experience in SQLNOSQL Databases with strong SQL scripting knowledge.
 Experience in clouds device services like BrowserStack, SauceLabs etc.
 A sound understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured,
JMeter, Karate, or similar.
 Experience in nonfunctional test automation such as performance, load, and
security testing.
 Prior experience in the application and setup of CICD process and tools such as
Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
 Knowledge of testing principles, methods, tools, and technologies, including plans,
scenarios, strategies, and related procedures
 Ability to work autonomously and act as the point of contact on projects where
required.
 Ability to determine the scope of automation and select the right tools &
technologies.
 Ability to learn and experiment with new tools and technologies at a short notice.
 Experience in an STLCSDLC, Agile software development and testing environment
 ISTQB certified Advance Technical Test Analyst or similar is preferred.
 Industry experience within Financial Services and Azure Devops is preferred.
