We are currently seeking a full time Learning Manager to join our Corporate HR team.



The Regional Learning Manager will be assigned to support a region of field operations. Responsible for managing and supporting the development, executiondelivery and assessment of highly effective programs supporting the areas of leadership and management development, employee engagement, and cultural transformation through skill building and change management for designated region. Serves as an internal subject matter expert in the areas of training by identifying and assessing future needs. Fluent in the analysis, design, development, implementation, delivery and review of a comprehensive suite of training solutions. Actively searches and creatively employs methods to create scalable results for a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Adult Learning, OrganizationalLeadership Development, or a related area preferred
  • Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs
  • Knowledge of strategic planning process, talent development, and curriculum design
  • Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility in allocation of approved resources
  • Knowledge working with learning management systems, strategic projectprogram planning, needs assessment, design, delivery, four evaluation levels measurement, cost benefit analysis, and adult learning styles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee performance standards, project management, quality improvement principles, and webbased training
  • Minimum five years’ experience in employee training, organizational development, andor other related experience in a mid to large sized organization
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of effective and engaging facilitated learning and ability to conduct trainthetrainer sessions
