TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. Our YouTube channels have upwards of 60 million subscribers and 18 billion lifetime views. Our IRL channels are on the lookout for talented video editors at all levels to join our trailblazing Post Production team. YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Create engaging and entertaining content that attracts and retains viewership, while also attracting new viewers
Edit video footage in both supervised and unsupervised environments, ensuring that all deadlines are met
Transform raw footage into a seamless and polished final product
Emphasize humorous and noteworthy moments
Stay up-to-date with and maintain a passion for IRL YouTube content, internet trends, memes, and graphics
Edit a rough cut of a video within the first day of receiving it
Familiarize oneself with each IRL channel's content and deliver content that meets its specific standards
Utilize After Effects and Photoshop to enhance and create video assets
Collaborate with the Post Supervisor to ensure that all QC notes are reviewed and implemented

GENERAL POST PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Proficient background in editing IRL YouTube content
Ability to cut and trim content in a manner that enhances its entertainment value from beginning to end
Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of content that meets TBNR's quality and creative standards
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Expertise and efficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
Proficient in using Premiere as the preferred NLE (Non-Linear Editing) software
Experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects
