MSPbots is hiring an Asset Product Management Team Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of clientfacing assets—dashboards, widgets, bots, and reports—that drive measurable business outcomes for MSPs.

This is a highimpact leadership role for a product thinker who thrives on translating user insight into value and delivering innovation at scale.

Work Setup: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PHT (3 AM–12 PM CDT) | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun

UserFirst Strategy

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover pain points and needs across MSP segments
Develop personas and usage scenarios to guide asset design and prioritization
Serve as the voice of the client in all crossfunctional discussions
Build relationships with key clients to deepen product adoption and gather realtime feedback
