Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location: Dallas, TX

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of insurance defense experience

• Experience in areas of commercial transportation and premises liability

• Texas licensed

• Billing experience

• Strong knowledge of law, court procedures, and legal principles

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work

• Previous experience in litigation

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing in the state where practicing

Job Description

• Working as a Litigation Attorney

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Conducting legal research and analyzing legal issues

• Representing clients in court trials and proceedings

• Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses

• Working independently and remotely
