Job Description

• Provide coaching and mentorship for new and experienced attorneys, tailored to their skills and experience.

• Guide and mentor attorneys, set strategies, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

• Collaborate with partners on annual goals and hold them accountable.

• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, colleagues, and the organization.

• Build trust with new clients by sharing why they are passionate about solving clients' problems.

• Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.

• Ensure that the legal team operates in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

• Implement and enforce the organization's ethical guidelines and practices.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's legal strategy.

• Facilitate Associate Attorney development plans.
