Marketing Executive: Sri Lanka (Remote)

As a Marketing Executive at BizyCorp, you will manage and grow client podcasts, review and improve content from other teams, and create strategies to boost engagement and conversions. You will also lead a team of video editors and writers, overseeing video and content creation from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent qualification in digital marketing preferred
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing strategy
• Prior work with podcasts, videos, or visual content is an advantage
• Prior experience leading a team will be an added advantage

Skills

• Excellent English: Strong writing and speaking skills with attention to grammar and tone
• Content Skills: Ability to review, edit, and improve content for quality and brand voice
• Social Media Knowledge: Experience managing content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• AI Skills: Able to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for content creation and strategy
• Organization: Strong planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Collaboration: Able to work well with teams and give constructive feedback
• Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using metrics to improve performance

Work Hours & Expectations

Since BizyCorp serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:

• Work Schedule Commitment:  Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night.
• Note:  Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
• You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
• This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
