What You Will Be Doing:

  • Execute and optimize customer acquisition campaigns through various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Use expertise in web analytics to benchmark performance, and to identify digital marketing or journey optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing lead generation campaign performance
  • Lead a small team to drive return on investment via paid, email, cold email outreach channels.

What You Must Bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B growth marketing experience
  • A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, direct response advertising, copywriting, video strategy, digital marketing optimisation, and sophisticated, hands-on knowledge of multiple marketing channels
  • The ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of turning data and information into actionable insights
  • Experimental; someone who is driven by a test and learn mindset to iterate on ideas and keep trying new things
  • Comfortable with minimal process and willing to roll-up your sleeves when necessary. We are a startup, and everyone wears many hats
  • Someone who enjoys working with a small team where the opportunity to make an impact is high
