  • Lead the design process from concept to completion and supervise development.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to meet project goals.

Job description

We are looking for an Architect for a B2B Construction Platform.

Job Profile:
Read and review architecturaltechnical drawings.
Ensure that the architectural aspects of the project are in accordance with the project goals and client requirements.
Take ownership of the design process and provide design solutions that meet the project requirements.
Supervise the development of architectural design from concept to completion.
Ensure that the project meets all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
Review and approve all design and construction documentation.
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to ensure that all design requirements are met.
Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and support staff.
Keep uptodate on new design trends and emerging technologies.
Participate in design competitions to build the firm’s portfolio.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
Travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements:
BEB.Arch degree.
68 years of experience in an architectural role, with at least 23 full cycle similar projects completed.
Must have atleast 12 full life cycle project experience.
Must have experience working with high end luxury brands (RetailLuxuryHotels)
Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
Experience working with international designersarchitects is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
