We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with deep AI expertise to join our team in building an AIpowered system that streamlines document drafting, analysis, and processing.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend infrastructure, integrating AI models, and ensuring seamless interaction with external systems.

Responsibilites

● AI Model Integration: Implement and optimize AI models for text generation, analysis, and refinement.

● Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

● Data Processing & Retrieval: Ensure efficient data extraction, retrieval, and processing from various data sources.

● Document Automation: Develop AIdriven workflows for document structuring, validation, and text refinement.

● AIPowered Search & Retrieval: Implement intelligent search and retrieval of relevant references and supporting data.

● Performance Optimization: Enhance AI response times and optimize backend performance for realtime processing.

● Security & Compliance: Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.

● API & Database Management: Design and maintain database structures and integrate APIs with external systems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in AIdriven applications.

● Proficiency in Python (DjangoFastAPI) or Node.js (ExpressNestJS) for API development.

● Experience with AIML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of NLP for text analysis, summarization, and semantic search.

● Understanding and experience with vector search databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).

● Database expertise: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL solutions.

● Cloud Services: Experience with AWSGCPAzure for scalable AI deployments.

● Experience in building and consuming APIs for integrating with thirdparty systems.

Additional Requirements:

● The position is intended for freelance employment only from Eastern Europe.

● English B1, B2.

● Experience working in a service outsourcing company is highly preferred.
