Requirements

4 plus years experience in test planning & designing backend API tests for various scenarios.

4 plus years of practical experience testing API Interactions (Integration, System and regression).

4 plus years of experience with Python OR Javascript.

Proven experience building and maintain test automation frameworks.

Solid understanding of API testing methodologies (manual and automated).

Experience with cloud service APIs( AWS, Azure OR GCP preferred).

Hands on experience with containerization technologies (kubernetes, docker preferred).

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure orchestration ( AWS, Azure OR GCP).

Proficiency with SQL database queries.

Experience with Cypress and Javascript testing frameworks.

Knowledge of Agile development processes.

Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and team work abilities.

Responsibilities

Be a part of a leading world class global product suite in the cloud finops space.

Design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.

Develop and maintain Cypress test scripts using Javascript frameworks.

Build and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman, SOAPUI OR ReadyAPI.

Create, manage and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Actively participate in and contribute to our Agile development processes and ceremonies.

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during development, testing, and introduction environments.

Utilize SQL queries to verify data and manage configurations.

Identify and trouble shoot issues using browser developer tools.

Champion QA best practices across all platform releases.

Work with cloud orchestration tools on major platforms like AWS azure or GCP.
