The Role:

As an Analytical Engineer at Flowie, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing millions of events to generate valuable business and sales insights. Your work will enable datadriven decisionmaking for both our customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Data Management:
   • Develop and maintain scalable data models to support the processing and analysis of millions of events.
   • Implement efficient data integration pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
   • • Business and Sales Insights:
       • Perform detailed data analysis to generate actionable business and sales insights.
       • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide realtime visibility into key metrics for customers and the sales team.
       • • Customer and Sales Team Collaboration:
           • Work closely with customers and the sales team to understand their data needs and requirements.
           • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions that drive sales and customer engagement.
           • • Performance Optimization:
               • Optimize data queries and processes for performance and efficiency.
               • Implement best practices for data management and analysis to handle largescale event data.
               • • Innovation and Best Practices:
                   • Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and event processing.
                   • Propose innovative solutions to improve data analysis, reporting, and the generation of business insights.
                   • • Documentation and Training:
                       • Document data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
