Reframe Systems is on a mission to attainable housing for all. To achieve our mission, we need to make netzero carbon housing more affordable and we are reimagining how housing is designed and built. We build module boxes in our Andover, MA factory. Designed by our inhouse architects, manufactured by custom robotic framing arm, finished by our skilled carpenters. We have a roadmap to scale our presence nationally. We are disrupting assembly line manufacturing for housing production and are backed by leading VC firms in the industrial and construction space.
We are seeking a tech savvy, hungry, aspiring PM. A proactive, detailoriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential construction industry. Must be an outgoing communicator as the role will engage with new and existing subcontractors, vendors, clients, and many members of our Reframe team. Ideally youve had some hands on construction experience or youre currently working as an APM.
Subcontractor Management: Assist with subcontractor bidding, contract organization, and managing essential documentation.
Change Order & Billing Support: Prepare, track, and process change orders, and support the billing process by gathering documentation and preparing invoices.
Project Coordination & Communication: Facilitate smooth project workflow, maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, and assist with meeting minutes and correspondence.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, and daily reports.
Scheduling & Planning: Help develop, update, and monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and support overall project planning.
Quality & Cost Control: Assist with site inspections, monitor project costs, and help identify potential budget overruns.
Risk Management & Closeout: Help identify project risks and support project closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty documentation.
AssociatesBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or currently pursuing for COOP students). Or equivalent workplace experience
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices (through coursework or prior experience).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google sheets, Docs, Slides
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Monday.com, Asana) is a plus. Specifically we use Notion and Wrike.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
