Start Date: September 1 or October 1, 2025 

Annual Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000

Role Summary 

Montenegro, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time role will focus on managing customer orders and assisting with sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the paper, packaging, or printing industry. 


Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support via email and website inquiries 

• Prepare estimates and customer quotes for incoming jobs 

• Accurately enter sales and purchase orders into QuickBooks 

• Coordinate with vendors to source products and resolve order issues 

• Track orders, manage delivery timelines, and update customers as needed 

• Review vendor acknowledgments and send customer confirmations 

• Maintain organized records and update shared reports 

• Assist with quarterly and annual sales plans 

• Contribute to internal reporting, analytics, and sales reporting 

• Support customer service and sales-related tasks as needed   

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior Paper, Packaging, or Print industry experience is ideal
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication and email etiquette
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude

Salary Description
