Civil Litigation Attorney (Partial Remote)

Civil Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location: Springfield or Worcester, MA

Required Qualifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience

• General courtroom experience

• Familiarity with the rules of court in the Superior, District, and Probate courts

Job Description

• Work three days per week from one chosen location

• Communicate virtually each week with the second office

• Handle cases in areas such as Tort and Employment Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Health Care Law (including criteria for guardianships, conservatorships, and involuntary commitments)
