Job description

Your mission

Your profile
As this is the general application, there are no hard requirements. However, we do have some soft requirements that we look for in potential new-joiners:

  • Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and decentralized finance,
  • An out-of-the-box mindset paired with curiosity,
  • Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken,
  • Passion for decentralized finance systems,
  • High motivation and the willingness to learn and combat complex problems.
*Please note that our ideal potential colleague will be expected to work in a hybrid setting from one of our offices in Berlin or Mainz.

Interview process
The interview process will be as follows;
  1. Initial 15 mins call with our People and Culture ambassador to double-check your information.
  2. 30 mins cultural-fit interview - we appreciate the cultural fit and you will get the chance to learn about us a bit more!
  3. Technical interview to discuss your experiences and a task to work on - we’re sure you’ll also have fun along the way!
  4. Team lead interview - chance to meet your potential lead and ask questions directly.
  5. Background check - feel praised by your former superiors.
