Key Responsibilities
  • Provide stellar technical support to Nordicspeaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
  • Accurately document all support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest technology and support trends to improve customer experience.
  • Contribute positively to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.
      • Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues.
      • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
      • Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
      • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a collaborative setting.
