Responsibilities

• Provide topnotch customer support to Slovakspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the companys products and services efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and support tickets within the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill enhancement programs to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in products and support processes.
• Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
