Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Dental Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dental clinic clients—ensuring they are onboarded smoothly, supported effectively, and provided with accurate and timely information about our products and services. You will manage client relationships from initial setup through ongoing account management, coordinate with internal teams for dental lab work, and use CRM tools to keep records organized.

While this is a remote work position, shortlisted candidates must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview with the client in BGC, Taguig as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Onboard new dental clinic clients and guide them through initial setup and preferences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, responding to inquiries and providing consistent support.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dental lab work.
  • Handle account management tasks including case tracking, design approvals, and quality control follow-ups.
  • Use HubSpot CRM (or be willing to be trained) to track leads, communications, and client records.
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (both on the phone and via email).
  • Strong background in customer service or telesales, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or BPO industry.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience in the Dental Industry (required).
  • Experience with client onboarding, handling technical inquiries, and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms like HubSpot (training can be provided).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Highly desirable skillset: Dental Assistant or Technician experience.
 
Nice-to-Haves
  • Certified or experienced Dental Technician.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, or dental implant workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital dental lab systems and case tracking.
  • Experience with workflow tools and cloud-based communication platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues or coordinate with dental labs to deliver solutions.

  • Salary: Php 30,000 - 40,000
