Job description

We’re seeking a highly competent, resultsdriven Growth Marketing & Collections Specialist who brings a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, HubSpot CRM proficiency, and a foundational understanding of U.S. debt collections. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and driving qualified leads through wellbuilt sales funnels—all while maintaining CRM hygiene and compliance awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Develop and execute SEOdriven strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Optimize website, blog posts, and landing pages for search engine visibility and conversion.
  • Manage and refine ad campaigns (Google Ads, FB, LinkedIn, other social media), including retargeting initiatives.
  • Collaborate on content planning and digital assets that support lead generation goals.
    • Inbound & Outbound Sales Support

      • Respond to inbound inquiries through HubSpot and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
      • Improve and maintain email automation, form logic, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
      • Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement AB testing strategies to improve results.
      • Coordinate followup communication (email, SMS, phone) to drive engagement and close rates.
        • HubSpot CRM & Pipeline Management

          • Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing and sales pipelines within HubSpot.
          • Ensure accurate contact segmentation, deal tracking, and reporting processes.
          • Create insightful dashboards and reports that measure campaign and sales effectiveness.
          • Support data hygiene practices and enforce consistent usage of CRM fields and properties.
            • Requirements

              • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and inbound methodology. ( Hubspot Marketing must have) Collections. 23 exp. Remote 8 – 6 am CST.
              • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs is a must (certifications are a strong plus).
              • Understanding of the U.S. collections, finance and communications industries (FDCPA, CFPB, FCC, etc…). (Plus)
              • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
              • Experience with outbound sales tactics or support in a digital or financial services setting.
              • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs and performance metrics.
              • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, fastpaced environment.
