Job description


We are looking for an Art Director who will be responsible for directing creative work including audience promotions and advertising as well as generating visual concepts in response to clients’ requirements. Assists with audience research and develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion

  • Introduces and applies expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects

  • Plans and oversees the development of company advertisements

  • Ensures a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns

  • Takes ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches

  • Ensure that creative ideas and executions support client business goals.

  • Partner with the Marketing Team to identify opportunities to promote creative capabilities, success stories

  • Works with executives and other creative leaders to set project timelines and content goals

  • Presents project information such as timelines and stories to executives and clients

  • Focus on the entire body of work, ensure that creative work is compelling, consistent, adheres to brand standards, and accomplishes established goals;

  • Uncovers new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

  • Supervises and reviews all work completed by the creative team, providing direction and feedback

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4~5 years solid experience in the role

  • Exceptional portfolio with minimum 3 years demonstrated conceptual thinking and brand copywriting experience

  • Full mastery of the different multi-media tools (eg. Adobe Suites)

  • Broad understanding of marketing design and layout will also be expected

  • Ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts

  • Passion for advertising and the arts

  • Keen eye for visual details and accuracy

  • Able to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to know the latest art and design packages

  • Awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms

  • Innovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried
