We are looking for Norwegian Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Netflix. Are you a TV shows fan? Start your career in Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do:

Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
Answering howto questions about payment
Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

Native Norwegian speaker
Fluency in English
Great communication & soft skills, as well as problemsolving skills
Computer knowledgetech savviness
Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
