We are looking for Norwegian Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Netflix. Are you a TV shows fan? Start your career in Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
  • Answering howto questions about payment
  • Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
  • Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix
    • Requirements

      • Native Norwegian speaker
      • Fluency in English
      • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problemsolving skills
      • Computer knowledgetech savviness
      • Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
      • Relocation to Greece
