Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to generate revenue either by answering requests or by calling to leads in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our services.


With your friendly and persuasive nature, you must be identifying customer requirements as quickly as possible to present solutions ensuring superior customer satisfaction.   • Calling leads generated from our website or other channels
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately in CRM and keep the records for future tracking
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales



Required & Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear proficiency in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection
