Join our team as a Business Development Manager at Focus Group

Location: North Sales Team (Remote with occasional visit to regional head office in Glasgow)

      We’re after a proven sales professional who can confidently sell multiproduct technology solutions, build strong client relationships, and close impactful deals. You’ll be responsible for winning new business and growing your portfolio of accounts—owning the entire 360 sales cycle.

      As a Business Development Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving new revenue and supporting longterm customer success through tailored tech solutions.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Winning new business through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
      • Building and owning longterm relationships with your customers
      • Leading client meetings—both facetoface and virtually—to pitch bespoke solutions
      • Crossselling and upselling across our full product suite
      • Negotiating contracts and managing the full sales cycle
      • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
