Our client is one of the oldest IT support and IT solutions company in the UK. We are looking for a qualified Marketing Manager to join their team.


Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, generate inbound leads, and enhance brand awareness.

The ideal person is well versed in all major marketing channels, highly driven, and thrives on challenge. A swiss army knife with a great content background who can leverage existing client base and affiliates to drive quick wins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define brand messaging, value propositions, and positioning.

  • Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.

  • Oversee paid media campaigns across search and social.

  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines.

  • Generate content for all channels (static, graphics, banners, videos, TikTok, Reels).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs to optimize results.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and the tech services industry.
