We’re hiring a fulltime Clinical Supervisor based in the Pacific Time zone to join our team.

We are seeking a fulltime Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and support our team of therapists. Your role involves providing clinical guidance, ensuring quality care, and fostering professional development among our therapists. Youll conduct individual supervision sessions, facilitate team consultations, offer case consultations, and help assess and evaluate therapists whom Handspring hires. This position offers the opportunity to shape our clinical approach and mentor therapists while improving mental health outcomes for young patients.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to ensure highquality care and professional development

  • Facilitate case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problemsolving and knowledge sharing

  • Review and provide feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation to maintain best practices

  • Ensure therapists compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards

  • Provide oncall risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situations

  • Participate in the interview and evaluation process for prospective therapists to help ensure strong clinical fit and high standards of care

  • Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth

  • Participate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements

  • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidencebased treatment approaches and programs

    • What we’re looking for

      • Licensed mental health professional with at least 10 years postlicense experience providing psychotherapy, including 6+ years specifically in pediatric mental health

      • Experience with supervision and risk management

      • Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFTs) and must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)

      • Ability to work independently with an interest in collaboration and learning

      • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools

      • Extensive knowledge of evidence based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, HRT, andor behavioral parenting support & training

      • Experience treating children, adolescents, andor young adults with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescence

          • The salary range is $115,000 $128,000, plus equity

          • You must be based in the United States and have U.S. work authorization
