Job description

Item Creation and maintenance in JDE EnterpriseOne ERP system according to
rules
o Support Data Management projects including, but not limited to, mass updates and
data consistency checks on item master data when needed
o Coordinate with IT to implement process changes when needed
o Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, R&D and Warehouse personnel to resolve
misunderstandings and correct
o Support the continuous improvement of Master Data processes and adapt to
evolving requirements
o Lead time maintenance

o Maintain JDE UDC Tables
o Uploading dimensions in JDE on monthly basis
o Employee set up and maintenance
o MDM SharePoint maintenance for responsible pages
o Monitoring open Item Creation requests in Process Director to resolve outstanding
issues
o Data maintenance based on assigned Hubble Data Integrity reports
o Writing Work Instructions as assigned
o Monitoring the shared Data Management email and correcting master data issues
o Other duties and tasks as assigned
