Job description

JOB TITLE: Performance Marketing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The performance marketing associate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and
achieving monthly revenue targets for our own website Plixlife.com through endtoend
management of digital marketing activities, optimization of performance & costsCAC etc. on a day
to day basis.
KEY AREAS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Revenue growth Customer acquisition & digital sales funnel management
  • Develop & execute detailed monthly plans with right mix across digital platforms (Google, FB, Insta, YT etc.) for achieving the sales targets with optimal CAC & ensuring profit targets are met
  • Own performance KPIs including P&L for sales from our own website
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan & implement campaigns and create optimal digital media mix in line with targets
  • Implement brand strategy & integrated communication to build saliency and consideration
  • Daily campaign management across all the digital acquisition and remarketing platforms
  • Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure sales growth in line with forecast, conversion funnel efficiency and costCAC optimization
  • Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test ad formats, creatives, platforms etc. to get best results
  • Promotions
  • Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metrics Budget & ROI management
  • Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI and minimize CAC
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Leverage web analytics to derive actionable insights
  • Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights & recommendations
  • Monitor performance & optimizecourse correct

      • Core digital marketing skills & handson experience across all key platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, GDN, Youtube etc.
      • Deep understanding and experience of remarketing platforms (Google, FB, Criteo, Adroll etc.)
      • Strong experience in web analytics tools and techniques (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe omniture, Shopify analytics, etc.)
      • Proficient in quantitative analysis & insighting

            • DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
              • Hands on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google ADs.
              • 12 years of experience of which majority should be in a D2C ecommerce set up leading the performance marketing function
              • Graduate
              • Experience in handling large monthly budgets (6Cr+ monthly)
              • Good verbalwritten communication skills in English
